They were extremely professional and the advertising was way beyond my expectations including the presentation at the auction.  It was definitely up to date and in with the times. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.  I instantly felt the connection with Alvin that these companies would be a good fit and everyone really went out of their way to go the extra mile.  When it comes to recommendations I would definitely recommend them to someone I know.  They did an excellent job and I was nothing but pleased.

I was particularly please with three very important things about the auction done for us by McBride Auctioneers, Inc.  Number one is the energy of the event.  McBride Auctioneers creates a great attitude among buyers and its staff at the auction.  Secondly, I am very pleased with the honesty and the forthrightness of everyone.  No one tried to pull the wool over my eyes or mislead me. Everyone was honest and straight forward and good at doing their jobs.  Lastly and most importantly, the results were as good as I expected on one home and better than what I expected on the other home.  I was real pleased with McBride Auctioneers and the results of the auction.

Before I choose an auction service to use to liquidate our businesses I researched a bit and asked people about it and I choose McBride Auctioneers based on what I heard from other people.  From the beginning McBride Auctioneers was well organized, had a clear picture of their intentions and throughout the entire process never lost sight of those things.  Advertising and preparing for the auction was difficult but it was done with care and purpose.  The day of the auction many people said to me that we had an excellent turnout and I was satisfied with the results.  I told Bob McBride that I believe that I had chosen the best auction service and now at the end I still believe I chose the best auction service.

What a Celebration! You and your crew did such a wonderful job Saturday in selling the farm for us!  We were all so pleased and it was so comforting to me to know I could trust you to do exactly what you told me you would do during the process from the first time you stepped into the kitchen until the papers were signed at the close of the sale.

Everyone of your crew was such a joy to have around and as I watched the sale in progress it was evident you all were working so hard to get every penny you could for the farm, and yet you were also courteous to each and every person.  You all are very professional in the work you do.

Many of the family and friends present commented about the fact that it was their first Real Estate Auction and how interesting they found it to be.  They had never heard of a complimentary meal, a band, tent and chairs to sit on at an auction!  I never dreamed about you celebrating with us after the sale and thanks for the hats you gave us - it was all appreciated.  I feel so blessed to have had you doing the sale and especially to have made a whole set of new friends, (more like family).  I sincerely hope that I will have the honor to see you many more times.

I had a rural listing that was not selling for multiple reasons so I contacted a couple of auction companies to offer my client another option. We chose McBride Auctioneers. They came out and worked with the seller in getting all his personal property ready for sale, advertised it, and had a wonderful turn out even though the weather was quite cold that day. McBride Auctioneers auctioned both the personal property and the real estate on the same day and it all closed per contract. They handled the transaction from beginning to end after I introduced them to my client.
