Bob and his wife, Cathy, live southeast of Wichita on a small ranch where they raise ABBI registered bucking bulls and cows. They love horses and the country life. Especially dear to them is their work in support of St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital & local causes.

Dale Valentine is a proven leader who has a Master's Degree from Ft. Hays with over 35 years of teaching & business experience. He is an experienced Auctioneer & Realtor as well as an Accredited Buyer's Representative.

Dale and his wife, LaVeta, live on a farm near Rose Hill. They enjoy a strange assortment of dogs that are dear to them. All together they have 5 children & 11 grandchildren. Dale & LaVeta love being associated with a company that shares their values and ideals of service first.

Serena and her husband are a small town couple from Wyoming, . Serena enjoys keeping in touch with her family in Wyoming, beading, reading, swimming and spending time with her husband. She loves working for a company where there is always room for learning and personal growth.

LaVeta is a proven auction authority having begun in 1966 as co-owner of Woody Auction. Her special expertise in antiques & real estate lends unmatched ability to market auctions. She has been a licensed real estate broker since the early 1970's and continues to help her clients buy or sell real estate—whether a house, land or commercial property.

LaVeta and her husband, Dale, live east of Rose Hill on a small acreage. It's a great joy for her to be back in the country after 13 years of life in Wichita. LaVeta enjoys being with the grandkids, walking with their unusual dog "pack", writing and reading.

Matt is a proven achiever. Matt has obtained a bachelors degree in Natural Resources from the University of Missouri. Upon completion of his degree he has worked in a variety of environments from California to Alaska. Coupled with his farm background, Matt represents a wide array of work experience. As a young professional Matt enjoys the opportunity to work for a company whose ideals and values so closely mimic my own.

Matt lives east of Douglass and raises a variety of livestock including horses and buffalo. He loves to spend time in the great outdoors. In his spare time Matt enjoys farming and creating different types of furniture with various elements.
