These items are being sold as-is and buyers are encouraged to inspect the merchandise before purchasing. These items may be missing accessories including, but not limited to, the key, which can be purchased from the manufacturer or bypassed; the charger, which is not needed after initial charge on most gas models if started manually and charged by engine or charged by after market trickle charger; and owners manual, some of which can be downloaded from the Internet. You should get each item checked by a certified mechanic. Also check your state law on the age of riders. As soon as you are declared the winning bidder, the item is your responsibility, and under verbal contract you are responsible for the purchase of that item.. Buyer's Premium
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Payments
Payment must be made immediately following the auction. We accept cash, checks, Visa & Master Card. If you have a tax exempt certificate, we will take a photo copy of it, and the sales tax can be deferred. If you do not have your tax exempt certificate with you, you will need to complete a Uniform Sales & Use Tax Certificate. Your tax number is required. Merchandise Removal and Pick Up
Merchandise must be removed immediately after the auction unless arrangements are made. If you ask our employee for help loading and your item is damaged, it is your responsibility. McBride Auctioneers, Inc. will allow 2 Business Days for removal of items. Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed within the time specified. Penalties
If payment and pickup arrangements are not made by the required time, there will be a minimum $10.00 handling fee assessed per item as well as an additional $5.00 per item per day storage fee. In addition, any and all related moving expenses will be conveyed to the buyer for the removal of items from the premises. Purchases not picked up 14 days after the auction will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers' accounts will then be referred to a collection agency. If payment is not received in full within the time specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Although these items have little or no use, they have been shipped outside their normal packaging and may have subsequent damage. The items pictured may not be the actual units you will be purchasing as some units are still in the box. The manufacturer will sell auction customers available parts to replace or repair any damaged or missing parts at 50% of the normal price within 15 days of the auction with proof of purchase. All merchandise must be picked up at the auction site. Internet bids will be collected by both McBride Auctioneers, Inc. and Purple Wave Auction, Inc. and will be represented on both websites. Confidential buyer information will not be shared by McBride Auctioneers with Purple Wave unless the terms below are not followed and it becomes necessary to contact winning Purple Wave bidders.
