Internet Buyers:
The auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" "where is" without recourse. All sales are final. There will be no returns or refunds. Bidders should rely solely on personal inspection and not on information listed on the site or otherwise provided by auctioneer or seller. Bidder's failure to inspect, or otherwise be fully informed as to the nature, quality, condition, quantity and size of any item will not constitute ground for any claim, adjustment, refund, termination of the contract for sale, or refusal to close the sale.

Buyer's premium and contract
There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all purchases. Your Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them.

Deadlines and close of Internet bidding
Internet bidding closes at a designated time prior to the start of the Auction, please see specific Auction for details on Internet Bidding.

Payments
Internet buyers must make payment to McBride Auctioneers, Inc. within 2 business days following the Auction. Office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and by appointment. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa & Master Card.

Merchandise Removal and Pick Up
All items must be removed from the auction site within 2 business days following the Auction. Pick up arrangements for internet bidders must be made by appointment through McBride Auctioneers at (316) 788-7253, within 24 hours after winning bids have been posted.

Penalties
Purchases not paid for within two business days of the auction will be charged to the credit card on file. If payment and pickup arrangements are not made by the required time, there will be a minimum $10.00 handling fee assessed per item as well as an additional $5.00 per item per day storage fee. In addition, any and all related moving expenses will be conveyed to the buyer for the removal of items from the premises. Purchases not picked up 14 days after the auction will be forfeit and resold to cover storage fees with no credit given to the original buyer. Buyers' accounts will then be referred to a collection agency.
